  • The prices included in the detailed estimate are based on market surveys and daily updated online resources but we encourage our clients to put their own prices.
  • The estimated trades will be mentioned in the detailed estimate and any missing trade or item should be considered as exclusion.
  • We do all trades, including Civil, Site Work, Grading (cut & fill), Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Paint, Concrete, Drywall, Finishes, Flooring, Rebar and Millwork depending upon the client’s requirement.
  • Our Take-off is based on the scaled PDF drawings unless otherwise noted.
  • Filling out bid forms, any sort of revision and change in drawings, any kind of information forms related with projects will be charged separately.
  • Payment method will be through Credit Card and payment terms will always be upfront.
  • We encourage to build a long term business relationship with our clients and our rates are competitive with Market.
  • If our company fails to cover any scope, we do not refund any payment for the specific project. However, our company will be responsible for making revisions until the client is satisfied or providing a new project estimate of the same scale as a penalty.

How To Begin With Us!

Step 1: Upload your info and plans

Please fill out the form given on our website and submit your drawings by uploading your plan documents. Your plans can be Bid set, Schematic, Construction document, Schematic design, or conceptual drawings, and they must be in PDF format. It may be a dropbox link or a portal link. When you provide us with your drawing plans and requirements, we’ll send you a quotation that includes an invoice, a turnaround time, and a delivery date.

Step 2: Get A Quote

After evaluating your information and plans, you will be issued a quote right away. You can pay the invoice via bank debit/credit card or Wire transfer. Our dedicated Estimators will start working on your project right away.

Step 3: Get your Project Estimate

You will be given an estimate that includes all materials and labor amounts and the price. Upon request, we offer the estimate and takeoff sheet in EXCEL, our own template, or the client’s template with the set of Color-Coded Take off to show how we came up with the numbers.
